Refunds and cancellation.

This page sums up what the terms of service say about renewal, cancelling and refunds. If the two ever differ, the terms govern. Homefield Groundgame LLC operates Groundgame.

No refunds

All payments are final. We do not give refunds, full or partial, on any plan or usage service, except where the law requires one. That includes the first payment, the period you cancel in, unused time, annual and Statewide payments, county minimum-term payments, and prepaid amounts when we end an account for a violation of the terms. Any refund the law requires goes back to the original payment method. Checkout and the pricing page state this before you pay.

Renewal

Your paid plan renews automatically at the end of each month, or each year on an annual option, and you are charged for each new period until you cancel. If a price changes, we tell you before the renewal that follows, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling

• Cancel at any time from your account settings, online. No call or conversation is needed.
• Cancelling stops your next charge. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Cancelling does not delete your account or your data, and you can export your data before or after you cancel.

County and Statewide plans

• County plans have a 6-month minimum. Cancelling before the end of the sixth month owes the payments remaining in the minimum; after that the plan is month to month.
• Statewide is billed yearly, in full, in advance.

Usage services

Texting and mail are charged by use, at the rate or quote shown to you before anything sends or prints.

Service credits

If the service is unavailable because of a failure that is our fault, we may give you a credit against a future charge, at our sole discretion. A credit is not a refund and not a promise.
